Come Together
Construction is underway for a new intergenerational living community at Luther Court Societyโs campus of care in Greater Victoriaโs ShelbourneโCedar Hill corridor. Opening in early 2028, this purposeโbuilt development will provide 95 affordable rental homes for independent living and welcoming shared spaces designed to bring generations together and strengthen connection across all ages.
Our project has the power to reduce the harmful impacts of loneliness, ageism and the rising costs of living in Greater Victoria. Thanks to a major partnership with BC Housing, along with local government funding and land contributions, over 98% of the $55 million project cost is secured.
Your help is needed to raise $1.1 million to build and equip two critical spaces that will transform housing into a home for generations to come together. You can help change the lives of hundreds of residents, volunteers, and community members of all ages each year by creating space for:
Intergenerational Events & Gathering โ 2,000 ftยฒ for skill-building, health, wellness, arts and social programs – equipped with accessible furnishings, technology, a kitchen area, and meeting nooks for inclusive participation.
Program Planning โ 1,000 ftยฒ for staff and volunteers to plan outreach and provide life-changing support.
Your investmentโthrough a oneโtime gift or multiโyear pledgeโwill go a long way in ensuring that every generation has a place to belong and grow, side by side. For further information including naming opportunities, please connect with:
